The room was clean and had coffee/tea making facilities, a fridge, and kitchenware. the lake view was outstanding. - the hotel's location is good and marvelous, adjacent to the center, the lake, and the park.

The staff are excellent and very-very nice. The breakfasts are good.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were fairly quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with 1 bed, the bed was comfortable. The property staff were friendly and excellent. The breakfast looked good with a lot of options. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in San Luis Potosi.

The staff were amicable. Beds were soft. The service was friendly. The location was particularly good, right by the center and Mexico and the lake. It was close to everything.

The room was super quiet and spotless, and the beds were really comfy. 🛏️ They had a fridge, and there were facilities to make tea and coffee. Also, they had an iron and an ironing board if you needed to freshen up your clothes before heading out.

The breakfast here offers a wide range of delicious options, and they also provide free on-site parking, which is great!

Great location, close to the lake, city center, and Mexico—it was super convenient. We had a double room with a lovely view 😊.

Clean hotel in a new building, just a short walk to the center, Mexico, and the park. Very friendly staff. Incredibly comfortable and modern room with 1 bed. Amenities include a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, and an iron/ironing board in the bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located near the center and offers a shuttle service. The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was well equipped with amenities, including a kitchenette and flat-screen TV. We appreciated the comfortable beds and the bathroom telephone. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation.

I recently stayed at a hotel in San Luis Potosi and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was near the center and easily accessible. The basic amenities provided were satisfactory, and I appreciated having breakfast included in the price.
